1. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18). If you are under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

2. All products displayed in Anatolian Store may not be available on stock at all times; some of the products are obtained upon the request of the customer. For the products that cannot be supplied, customer is informed beforehand and the customer may choose either the suitable item among alternatives or refunding.

3. There may be slight differences in handmade products in the store and the product received by the customer, since identical copies cannot be done in handmade production. For the products with "Handmade" expression Anatolian Store is not responsible for the mentioned slight differences.

4. Our contracted cargo company will deliver the items you order from our store to your address. If there is delay in delivery of the item you may send e-mail to sales@anatolianstore.com. Policy Changes

9. We may change our privacy policy from time to time. All changes to this policy are effective after we provide you with at least thirty 30 days notice of the changes by posting the changes here in our Site and sending an e-mail to users who have provided us their e-mail address for this purpose. We will give you 30 days time to notify us if you don't agree to our new changes

RETURNS POLICY

Guaranteed full refund of merchandise returned in original condition. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer pays all return shipping costs

1. The return of items with no damage and defect will be accepted within a week, if only being unopened and in its original package.

2. If the date of order exceeds 1-week duration limit, returns are not accepted.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items can only be returned if record is drawn at delivery. Your signature on the delivery note will mean that the item/items is/are correct and were received by you unharmed. Your signature on the delivery note will release the cargo company's responsibilities. Therefore, unwrap and check your item on delivery.

4.The return of items will not be accepted without return invoice for institutions and without original invoice for individuals.

5.The cost of the returned item will be refunded after we receive it. The transfer period of cost of item to your bank account depends on bank; we have no right to interfere.

6.Return cargo fee pertains to customer if item is received with no problem, if else we pay for it.
