Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Have you shipped the item? A: All items will be shipped with in 24-72 hrs of payment(weekdays)
Q: How long will it take to deliver? A:USA (7-21 Days). Delivery Confirmation is available. Canada (10-21 Days) Europe (7-15 Days) International (10-25 Days)
Q:Do i get a tracking?. A: All International customers will be provided with Registered Mail(USPS,PTT) tracking info, but Registered Mail(USPS,PTT) is not efficient in updating the transit info they update only after the item is delivered!!!! So please be patient.
Unfortunately international shipments are not provided with tracking from USPS as all the items will be insured please donot be anxious if undelivered 100% is refunded.
