The baglama is a stringed musical instrument shared by various cultures in the Eastern Mediterranean. The baglama, sometimes referred to as saz or a member of saz family, is the fundamental instrument in Turkish folk music. Its name literally translates to "something that is tied up".
Usually 7 strings, two courses of 2, one course of 3. Tied, movable frets. Soft case included. They are all individually made and will vary slightly as well as the wood coloring and decorations may vary from the photograph.
