- We ship the items via DHL,Fedex or normal postal service. The prices of DHL are special to AnatolianStore.Com and they change according to destination and the weight. DHL does NOT ship to P.O Box and APO addresses. You can check the shipping prices from SHIPPING RATES LINK. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item during shipping; therefore, we suggest insurance (approx. 1% for DHL ) . Do not accept damaged items or open a claim file as soon as you see any problem. Shipping via DHL takes 2-7 days on avarage after the charge made.Shipping via Postal Service takes 2-6 weeks on avarage after the charge made.

- Returns & Cancellation
- You may completely cancel, add items to or take out items from your order until we ship your package; which usually occurs in 1-2 business days. We charge your credit card only at the time of the actual delivery of your package to the shipping company.You may return an item to our storage in the US if the items are returned within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for a 90% money back refund (excluding shipping). Instead of returning the item for a refund, the customer also has the option of using 100% store credit for up to 3 months. For non-US countries, we may have to exclude customs duties and/or VAT if we pay them on your behalf. Should there be any fundamental errors committed by us, such as delivery of a wrong or damaged item, etc., the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.
If you decide to return an item, please first send an e-mail to us and obtain return information. Items are to be returned in the same condition as sold with no damage or alterations.
If your order shows damage when you receive the shipment, please open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel, or at least bring it to their attention when signing for the item. If possible, also please try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. Contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials. - Ordering

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All the prices are in United States Dollars and do NOT include shipping, customs and insurance costs . Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices on the Yurdan.com are independent from the ones in showrooms.We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and PayPal as well as direct money transfer. We do not have simultaneous transaction. First you send request online, we check availability of item and calculate shipping and taxes and customs and we send an e-mail requesting payment. You can make the payment secured online or via fax-order. We will proceed with the shipping after we double-check the payment info.
- VAT and Import Duties
- VAT (value added tax) and import duties (if any) differ for each country. Most countries, except USA, are subject to VAT (value added tax) and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Anatolian Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Anatolian Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
